Our training provides a safe space to talk more openly about issues related to mental health. We create awareness and develop knowledge in individuals to recognise eating distress, and break down the fear and embarrassment that stops people from seeking help.
Our training is key to promoting early identification and treatment of an eating disorder thus improving the speed of recovery, reducing symptoms to a greater extent, and improving the likelihood of long-term recovery.
